I began my fitness and wellness journey way back when I became a teen mom at 15 years old!


I quickly fell in love with fitness, exercise, and most all athletics. I've danced, done yoga, CrossFit, running, hiking, silk aerial, everything except traditional organized sports but only

because I was a poor, single mama trying to work herself off welfare and keep my kiddos alive and happy.


Otherwise I would have done that too!


After enough time, repetition, a desk job, and a series of ankle sprains - I stopped counting after 10 ankle sprains on one foot alone - I KID YOU NOT!


I couldn't ignore the icky reality that I hurt!

And I woke up hurting - in my 30's!


And I hurt from the stupidest, mundane things like reaching into the refrigerator holding nothing! LOL


I laugh now but the pain, the irritation, the frustration were real.


And I know I am not alone.


So,

I went out and got a bunch
